Gift vouchers are available for treatments, skincare or a personalised amount and can be tailored to the recipient.
Vouchers can be sent digitally, by post or prepared for collection from the studio by appointment.
Once your request has been received, you will be contacted with payment details and confirmation before the voucher is prepared.

Can vouchers be used on treatments and products?
Yes. Gift vouchers can be used towards treatments, skincare and products available at the studio.
Do gift vouchers have an expiry date?
Yes. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Can I buy a voucher for a specific facial or treatment?
Yes. Vouchers can be purchased for specific treatments or for a chosen monetary amount.
How quickly will I receive the voucher?
Digital vouchers are usually sent within studio opening hours. Postal and collection vouchers are prepared as soon as possible following payment confirmation.-
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Treatments may be discontinued or updated at any time. In this case, a similar treatment or treatment to the same value will be offered.

Treatment prices may increase over time. The original amount paid for the voucher will be honoured.
GG reserves the right to modify, discontinue or adjust prices on certain treatments or products without prior notice in order to maintain the highest standards of service and quality.
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include 8.1% MwST.-
